EMC, United Medical Group hospital’s chain, received international ISO certification

The European Medical Center – UMG hospital’s chain member has confirmed its compliance with high international healthcare standards by receiving ISO 7101:2023 certification, the new global benchmark for healthcare quality management. This standard was developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to assess management quality in healthcare organizations. The assessment was conducted by International Quality Certificates Issuing Services LLC, a recognized international certification body. It has been certifying quality management systems, products, and services in accordance with international standards since 2015. ISO 7101:2023 covers quality and safety management at all levels of a healthcare organization, including risk assessment, process effectiveness, patient feedback, and personnel management. The new ISO 7101:2023 standard is the next step, reflecting the company's commitment to international standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
